Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery for a
full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a
result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Short dated items that have expired, or items that have been purchased
more than 90 days prior to the return request being lodged, will not be
accepted for return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving
your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will
receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit
time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business
days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3
to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our
refund request (up to 10 business days).

and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond
quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
Due to export restrictions we will only ship to New Zealand addresses.
If you are purchasing from an address outside of New Zealand, please
contact our customer service team for assistance.
For most consumable product orders the expected delivery time is 1-2
business days. If your order is placed before 3:30pm on a standard
business day, we will endeavour to dispatch your order the same day.
Some products may not be in stock at the time of your order, if this is
the case you will be informed as soon as possible and a delivery
timeframe will be provided. Please note, in order to give you an
accurate delivery timeframe we may be dependent on third party providers
in which case the delivery timeframe could change without prior notice.
We will notify you of any delays on your order as soon as possible.
We have a shipping rate of $8.95 excluding GST for consumable products
only under $250 excl. GST. Extra charges may apply if you are delivering
to a non-urban area, or have any specific delivery requirements. On some
equipment such as beds we have special delivery options available, this
is an optional extra charge.
