We agree to pay all debits on the 20th following month.

We acknowledge that credit maybe withdrawn at any time without prior notice in accordance with YesMedical conditions of sale.
3.
We agree that any change in respect of ownership, legal entity or address be notified within 7 days.
4.
We acknowledge receipt of YesMedical standard conditions of sale and acknowledge that these conditions maybe changed unilaterally from time to time.
5.
I certify that I am authorised to sign this credit application form on behalf of the applicant and the information given is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
6.
I agree that all goods supplied to me remain the legal ownership of YesMedical until fully paid for, not withstanding and circumstances of forwarding to another party.
7.
Should the goods not be available we authorise YesMedical or their other agents to seise alternative stock to cover the rest of the debit.
